 Youth Empowerment in Nigeria: A Vote of Confidence in President Tinubu's Youth Initiatives.

The moment I had the privilege of meeting with the National Youth Leader of the great All Progressive Congress (APC), Hon. Dr. Erinjogunola Dayo Israel, some time ago in ilorin, Kwara State, I was inspired by his dedication to youth issues. Hon. Israel energizes me because he gives audience to hear directly what you’re thinking, what you care about, and what your value as a youth person in Nigeria.

Today, I take my pen to share my insights and to acknowledge His Excellency, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, efforts on youth empowerment opportunities.

By God's grace, I've traveled across Nigeria's six geopolitical zones, engaging with people, understanding their struggles, and feeling their pains. Despite challenges, Nigeria's youth have immense potential to drive economic growth, and together, we can make a huge difference as citizens because we're ambitious and we'll achieve results. The challenges we face require the energy, creativity, and fearlessness that define the youth spirit - a mindset characterized by boldness, imagination, and a willingness to take on new challenges. That's what young people are, and it's still true.

A capable leader chosen by Almighty Allah to lead our nation, in capacity of our respected father, the former Senator representing Lagos West Senatorial District in the Third Republic, He previously served as the Governor of Lagos State for two terms and currently, He is serving as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Commander in Chiefs of the Army Forces, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, and Insha'Allah, I firmly believe that under his leadership, Nigeria will soon become a major player in the global economy and decision-making body not only as great nation but the largest black territory. Though the journey to this greatness may be tough, rough, and challenging but Nigeria will triumph over its challenges becoming more prosperous, more confident and taking its place on the world stage.

President Tinubu's leadership has shown promise in empowering youth through various initiatives. With a large youth population, Nigeria can harness this demographic dividend to drive economic growth and development.

I must commend His Excellency, President Tinubu's commitment to tackling unemployment, empowering Nigerians, particularly youth, and building a prosperous future for all. In alignment with the "Renewed Hope Agenda" So far, His administration have helped empower young people across the country with new skills and entrepreneurship and leadership, and partnerships in education and health and technology which recognize the critical role of young citizens in shaping the nation’s future. So we've made progress, through the launched of several initiatives that aimed at providing opportunities and support for the youth.

Initiatives like the Student Loan Scheme, Creation of the Consumer Credit Corporation, Digital and Creative Enterprises (IDiCE) Program "3 Million Technical Talent Scheme"(3MTT NIGERIA), Nano-Business Support, National Conditional Cash Transfer Programme, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Presidential Initiative, Skill-Up Artisans Programme (SUPA), Nigerian Youth Academy (NIYA), National Youth Talent Export Programme (NATEP), Labour Employment and Empowerment Programme (LEEP),  and Green Money Project, few I have mention and these programmes promote self-sustainability, reduce poverty, increase job creation and youth employability. These initiatives underscore President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s steadfast dedication to empowering Nigerians, especially the youth.

I send my commendations once again to our daddy, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR. Mr. President, we've made progress, and I say, E ṣeun (Thank you), Your Excellency, for initiatives that will allow youth to advance economic growth. Daddy, you've got to do more and please don't relent on us and it's my prayer that Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala will continue to guide and protect you, granting you more wisdom and strength to elevate Nigeria to greatness.

So let me just close by saying, through my belief in Almighty Allah, I had a lot of faith in President Tinubu's leadership even before he became the President; now I have even more faith in him as Allah gives power and leadership to whom He wills. He grants it to President Tinubu as a means of honouring him.

Take care of the youths, and you'll take good care of the nation as the heart of every young person lies the potential for greatness and the potential of the youth knows no bounds; it’s limitless and boundless.
