The claim surfaced on social media on Nov 12, 2025, and Paystack confirmed a formal investigation is underway. In a statement, the company said:
“We take matters of this nature extremely seriously. Effective immediately, Ezra has been suspended from all duties and responsibilities pending the outcome of a formal investigation.”
The controversy deepened after a wave of decade‑old tweets resurfaced, showing Olubi making sexually explicit jokes, referencing inappropriate touching of coworkers, and even making comments about minors.
