The Kwara Tabloid Forum, renowned for its influential social media engagement with the state’s elite, has announced plans for its 12th Annual Lecture and Awards ceremony.
The event is scheduled for Friday, December 19, 2025, at Febbies Hall, located at 7 Moronsoye Afolabi Close, off Awolowo Road, Ilorin.
In a teaser statement released to the press, the Convener of the Forum, Mr Tunde Bakare, revealed that the ceremony will honour several distinguished individuals and an organisation for their contributions to society.
The 2025 awardees are Ambassador Hamzat Ishaq (Easyboy), CEO of Easytech Global Services, Captain Isiaka Alao (Rtd), Hajia Jummai Kperogii, former Clerk of the Kwara State House of Assembly, WuraCare Initiative, Offa, Alhaji Shola Muse, The Kunle Oyedepo Foundation: Run by UK-based Mr Kunle Oyedepo, Alhaji Razaq Adio, and Dr Abdurahman Adetunji .
The intellectual highlight of the event will be the annual lecture, to be delivered by Prof. Wale Sulaiman, Chairman of the Governing Council at the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun.
The occasion will be chaired by Senator Ibrahim Oloriegbe, Chairman of the National Health Insurance Authority.
The Kwara Tabloid Forum’s annual event is widely anticipated as a gathering of thought leaders, professionals, and policymakers to discuss issues of significance to Kwara State and celebrate exemplary service.
