Veritas News Hub, Ilorin - In a powerful display of unity and interfaith harmony, the Kwara South Consultative Youth Forum, led by Comr Gabriel, hosted a successful Interfaith Iftar/Break Fast tagged "Love Feast" yesterday at the Intercontinental Harmony Hotel and Tourism, Majasurawa, Ajase-Ipo.
The event, which brought together notable figures and youth stakeholders from across Kwara South, was a moment of spiritual reflection, refreshing, and love. The gathering was attended by prominent individuals, including Alh. Abubakar Saliu, a respected community leader, Hon. Ayokanmi Olukayode, Com. Adeboye Olusegun, Mr. Abdulmajeed Olaleke OYINLOYE, Oluwasogo Kehinde, National President, Igbomina Youth Assembly, and Mustapha Abdulrasaq Erin, Ile Youth Millennium Movement Ilorin Chapter, among others.
In his remarks, Comr Gabriel emphasized the importance of unity and interfaith dialogue, stating that the event was aimed at fostering greater understanding and cooperation among youths from different faith backgrounds. "We are all children of one God, and it's time we came together to break bread, share ideas, and build a stronger community," he said.
The event featured spiritual reflections from Rev. Dr. Ibitoye R. and Mallam Sherifudeen Immam Ajao Oke-ode, who emphasized the importance of love, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence. The atmosphere was electric, with attendees from different faiths coming together to share a meal and break fast.
