Good afternoon, Distinguished Guests, Members of the Association of Women Town Planners of Nigeria, Kwara State Chapter, Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is my honour to represent His Excellency, the Governor of Kwara State, Mal. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, the Chairman of Nigeria Governor's Forum, at this momentous occasion - the Investiture Ceremony of the Association of Women Town Planners of Nigeria, Kwara State Chapter.

I bring warm greetings from His Excellency, who recognises the tireless efforts of women in shaping the development of our state and nation. Your profession, as town planners, is crucial in designing and managing the growth of our cities and communities.

As women, you are not only leaders in your fields but also pillars of strength in your families and communities. Your contributions to the development of Kwara State are invaluable, and His Excellency is committed to supporting your endeavours.

This investiture ceremony marks a significant milestone in the journey of the Association, and I congratulate the newly invested members. I encourage you to continue to strive for excellence in your profession and to contribute to the growth and development of our state.
