The situation in Isapa community, Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State, has taken a new turn. After local hunters repelled a bandit attack yesterday night, it was discovered that the attackers had kidnapped 5 people they encountered in the community.
The Onisapa of Isapa Kingdom, HRH Oba Adefioye, has commanded local vigilantes to pursue the kidnappers, hoping that the Nigerian Army and Police would join the effort to rescue the abducted victims.
The community is still reeling from the shock of the attack, and residents are urging the authorities to take swift action to address the security situation.
